How to take your measurements
To choose the correct size, measure your body as follows. Use a flexible measuring tape and keep it snug but not tight.
- Chest: Measure the circumference around the widest part of your chest, keeping the measuring tape completely horizontal.
- Waist: Measure the circumference of your natural waist, the narrowest part (just above the navel and below the ribs).
- Hips: Put your feet together and measure the circumference at the widest part of your hips and buttocks.
